There is something beautiful about the start of a new year. You get the oppertunity to start again.
How many times have you made vision boards and seldom achieve all your goals? Maybe you did manage to achieve them all. Well done to you! I sure still have to go again at it this year.
This is a chance to reflect on last year's goals and the reason why it was not reach. Identify the stumbling blocks and work out strategies to reach all of them in a realistic manner.
It is therefore important to have S.M.A.R.T goals which means Simple,Measurable,Attainable, Relevant and Timeframe goals. Let us refrain from making unrealistic goals and when you reach February you are exhausted because you have put to must pressure on yourself.
Also refrain from comparing yourself with others it will just make you miserable and you will loose your focus. You are only in comparison with yourself. At the end of the year you should be able to trace back how you have grown into fulfilling your dreams step by step.
New beginnings gives us the opportunity to start afresh. So use your time effectively in order to discover your full potential.
